This Service is utilized for endpoint protection from threats potentially entering from email, the internet or to prevent propagation from other compromised hosts or network systems.

Recovery Strategy
Recovering the primary instance server is a secondary priority, the agent and VSE product can be installed on any individual system manually to maintain threat protection. Restoration of full services is dependent on database and agent handler service availability.
Assumption
Criteria
WAN/LAN is up and running
Port TCP 1234 must be open for instance server(s).
VMWare host is available
Instance server(s) must be available.
VMWare agent host is available
DMZ agent handler server must be available.
Database server is available
Database DS1234 must be restored.
Recovery Procedure
Restore the Database DS1234 backup.
Restore the primary instance server image.
Connect the database to the primary instance server.
Login to the primary instance server as administrator.
Launch the vendor console.
Verify BAU server activity in the Server Task tab.
Verify BAU client communication via the System Tree and dashboard.
